We then gently apply a hydrogen peroxide solution gel on your teeth, ensuring your gums are safe. This gel stays on for 15 minutes, and usually, after three rounds, you'll see your teeth lighten by three to four shades on the guide! If needed, a fourth session can follow.

After we soothe your teeth with a relief gel, Dr. Karpaham will brief you on foods to avoid for a couple of days – yes, coffee's on the list (but it's short-lived)!
